Our cosmetics contain the finest formulations and we've worked hard to carry your perfect color match – but we understand matching skin tones to online products is tough. With that in mind, Misbah Cosmetics LLC offers a full 30 Day Exchange or Return Policy (excluding sample sets and final sale items). NOTE: Customers may only process an exchange once per order, unless in the event an exchanged item arrives damaged.

If exchanging product(s), please ship back and let us know what you'd like instead. If returning product(s), please note that all returns will be subject to a $7.95 handling and processing fee.

 

If you received damaged products we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at usa@masarratmakeup.com within 3 business days for prompt handling of your concerns. All damaged products will need to be returned and received before we can ship out a replacement.

When requesting to return or exchange items, you must have proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt. In most cases, we will also request photos of the item(s) in question for our records, especially if the item is damaged. If you have thrown away your proof of purchase and/or the items you are hoping to exchange or be refunded for, we unfortunately cannot accommodate your request. In order to assist you, the items must still be in your possession, since we may need you to return them to us.

Returns must be sent back in its original packing, including cap and box. Please safely secure your package when sending an item back and secure a return tracking number. A return label will be provided.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please be sure to include your packaging slip (will be sent to you) when making a return. If slip is lost, please include your contact information: order number, name and email address.

Misbah Cosmetics LLC reserves the right to deem return items non-refundable if more than what we consider a reasonable amount of product is used, or missing.

Unfortunately, Misbah Cosmetics LLC is not able to refund or credit original shipping fees or return shipping fees on your package.
